Return Policy

It is my hope that you’ll be 100% satisfied with your order. Every print is thoroughly inspected prior to being signed and shipped.

Returns must be received by Mike Petzold Art within 15 days of your original shipment date. Item must be in the same condition - unopened, with all the original packaging attached.

Mike Petzold Art reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the returned items are damaged, have been worn or misused. 

How To Return Your Item:

1. Please email me and let me know about the return request. Be sure to include your Order #. I'll try to get back to you within 2 business days.

2. Once your return is approved, I will email you our return address. As of now, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note: I recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information or shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please ensure the package is properly packed to prevent loss or delay in shipping.

3. Once your return is received & inspected, I will notify you via email & issue you a refund.
